Tournament, prize and order rules

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Apple Inc. does not sponsor, and is not involved in, any tournament, draw or prize in this app, and is in no way connected with them. The same applies to Google LLC.

These rules govern the tournaments, prizes and shop orders of the Guiñote Full app (the “App”). They add to the terms and conditions (in Spanish) and to theprivacy policy. They do not cover the in-person Gran Premio de Guiñote Full Energía, which has its own rules.

2. A game of skill, not of chance

Guiñote is a card game of skill: the result depends on how the participants play. Taking part in the tournaments and the ranking costs no money, and nobody bets or wins money in the App. There are no draws among participants: prizes are awarded by position, according to results.

3. Oros

Oros are a virtual in-game currency. They are earned only by playing: the welcome balance when you create your account, wins in online games (with a daily limit), milestones, tournament and ranking prizes, and gifts G4 may make. Oros are also deducted in some cases, such as when you lose or abandon a game or when you enter a tournament that charges an entry fee in Oros. The amounts are set by G4 and shown in the App.

Oros cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money. There are no in-app purchases. They cannot be transferred between players either. They are only useful inside the App: to enter tournaments and to redeem shop products.

4. How tournaments work

  • Who runs them: the App’s tournaments are organised by G4. Each tournament states its format, places, entry, prize and schedule.
  • Formats: knockout, league or Swiss system. Play is in pairs.
  • Pairs: you can register with a partner, whom you invite from the App and who must accept, or register alone; in that case pairs are drawn at random when the tournament starts.
  • Matches: each match is played until one pair reaches the number of wins the tournament specifies (normally three).
  • Scheduled rounds: the tournament starts at the stated time and each round opens at its time, with a push notification if you have them on.
  • Check-in: when your round opens you have a limited window, set by each tournament, to enter your table. No bots play in tournaments: if a pair does not show up complete, it loses the match and its opponent advances. If neither pair shows up, neither advances.
  • Cancellation: if G4 cancels a tournament, all entries are refunded: Oros go back to your balance and redeemed codes are freed.

5. Entry

Depending on the tournament, you can enter:

  • for free;
  • by paying the entry fee in Oros;
  • with a one-time registration code.
  • Registration codes are free and promotional: G4 hands them out at events, partnerships or one-off campaigns, and they are never sold. Each code is valid for one tournament and one entry.
  • You can withdraw while the tournament is still open and your Oros are refunded or the code is released. Once it has started, you can no longer withdraw.
  • If you are disqualified, your entry is not refunded (see section 9).

6. Prizes

There are two kinds of prize: Oros or physical products.

  • Tournaments: the prize goes to each player of the winning pair. A disqualified player does not receive their share; their partner receives theirs. If there is no winning pair (for example, because nobody showed up for the final), no prize is awarded.
  • Ranking: when each period closes (weekly, monthly and yearly), the prizes G4 has defined for each range of positions are awarded. The ranking is calculated from online games that are not tournament games. Sanctioned accounts are excluded from the distribution. The prizes and ranges for each period are shown in the App.
  • Oros prizes are credited to your balance automatically. Physical prizes must be claimed (section 7).
  • Prizes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

7. Physical prizes: who can receive them and how to claim them

  • Age: only players aged 18 or over can receive physical prizes. Players aged 14 to 17 can take part but cannot receive physical prizes.
  • Where: shipping is to an address in Spain.
  • How to claim: when you win a physical prize it appears underMy prizes (Mis premios). Tap Claim(Reclamar) and fill in the shipping form with your full name, phone number, address and email. Claiming creates an order, which you can follow under My orders(Mis pedidos).
  • Claim deadline: you have 30 calendar days from winning the prize to claim it. After that, the prize is forfeited.
  • Delivery time: we aim to deliver within 30 days of confirming your order or claim.
  • Shipping costs: shipping to Spain is free: G4 pays for it.
  • Personal data: we use your shipping details only to send you the prize, as explained in the privacy policy.

8. The shop: redeeming Oros for physical products

  • You can redeem your Oros for the shop’s physical products while stock lasts. Each product shows its price in Oros.
  • When you redeem, you confirm the price you see and fill in the shipping form. If the price has changed in the meantime, the App tells you and you must confirm it again.
  • Oros are deducted when you redeem and the product is reserved for you. The same age, delivery-location, delivery-time and free-shipping terms as for physical prizes apply (section 7).
  • The order moves through the statuses new, shipped and delivered, which you can follow under My orders.
  • Cancellation: if you want to cancel an order, write to info@g4eventos.com. If G4 cancels an order before it is delivered, your Oros are refunded and the product returns to stock. If you delete your account while an order has not yet shipped, the order is cancelled and, since the account disappears, so does its balance.
  • Shop products cannot be bought with money.

9. Disqualification and conduct

The conduct rules in the terms and conditions apply. In particular, G4 may disqualify from a tournament, withdraw the prize and suspend the account of anyone who:

  • cheats, uses their own programs or bots, or exploits bugs in the App;
  • colludes with other players to fix results;
  • uses several accounts to gain advantages or evade sanctions;
  • harasses or insults other players, or uses nicknames or photos that break the rules;
  • does not show up for their tournament match after registering.

Repeated game abandonment leads to automatic, progressive sanctions (warning, temporary suspension and indefinite suspension). G4 may void results, Oros and prizes obtained improperly. Except in urgent cases or serious breaches, we will tell you, and you can ask us to review the decision by writing to info@g4eventos.com.

10. Claims and contact

For any question or complaint about a tournament, prize or order, write to info@g4eventos.com or see the support page (in Spanish), giving your nickname and the tournament, prize or order you are referring to.

11. Governing law

These rules are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence and to the consumer services of your autonomous community, as the terms and conditions state.

12. Changes

G4 may amend these rules for future tournaments, prizes and orders. The version in force is the one published on this page, and each tournament states its particular conditions in the App. Changes do not affect tournaments that have already started.
